The owner us do friendly and knows his stuff about apple products
Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pro's logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics.
