We've been using Pacific Pools for 2 1/2 years and Mark has been a savior. He's fantastic!
I have used Pacific Pools for a few years now. I never have to even think about the pool now! They recently suggested I switch my old pool pump to a new more efficient pump. My electricity bill went down by almost 100.00 a month. And it's so quiet! They have done a great job for us.
Pacific Pools have been very good. We switched to them in May, 2014. Great customer service and the office staff is always friendly and so nice to talk to. They always follow through and get back to you when they say they will. I took one star away, because we've had some miscommunications problems. For instance we were with them for almost 2 years and then they told us we needed a chlorine floater in our pool. We have a salt water pool and like I said they didn't say anything for 2 yrs. BEST customer service you could ask for! Greatest people to work with and they all speak so positively about Pacific Pools. It's like a big happy family! We have no worries when it comes to our pool, if something needs attention - they will find it and take the necessary steps to have it fixed. Always reliable and always with a smile! We built our swimming pool with Claffey last spring. Pacific Pools, Inc. works with Claffey clients to ensure that their new swimming pools run smoothly and sparkles all year long. Erik is our technician, he does a great job! Customer service is awesome. We have been happy with our pool service. We highly recommend them!
Can't say enough good things about Pacific Pools. I switched to them 6 years ago. They are reliable and my pool is always sparkling clean after they leave! They spend at least 30 minutes cleaning my pool each week. If I have any trouble with equipment, they are quick to send out a repair person and are excellent with communication. We've been using Pacific Pools for several years now, at the recommendation of Claffey Pools, and have been very pleased with their excellent service. Other companies would send someone out who would do the bare minimum and not even stay for 5-10 minutes. We switched to Pacific, and noticed a HUGE improvement immediately! They take their time and don't rush through your pool! Quality workmanship. We highly recommend Pacific, and Jeannette is wonderful.
Mark has done a great job with our difficult pool. It looks fabulous now!
