Pacific Pool is a great company to do business with. The tech always takes his time and makes sure everything is working properly. Calling into the office is a pleasure as well. I am taken care of and if there is an issue it is addressed very quickly. Would highly recommend them!

Pacific Pools is a 5 star company! Never had any issues, all the staff I've interacted with is great. Wish I saw this kind of customer service with ISPs and phone providers.
We have been using Pacific Pools for five months and they are wonderful. Their customer service is excellent from the office staff to the service department. We have had several issues with our pool after a power surge and the attention Jeff has given us to resolve all these problems has been phenomenal. It is rare to receive such exceptional service nowadays. I highly recommend Pacific Pools for all pool maintenance!
