Pacific Pools gets a million stars from my wife and I. They have taken great care of our pool from day 1 and their service providers are amazing at keeping our pool and equipment in tip top shape. Jeanette has been our service tech for the last year and she is a hard working and kind person. Love the service and the technicians with this company. Our service tech, Andy, is outstanding. Always takes care of my pool like it was his own. I don't have to worry about a thing when it comes to the upkeep of my pool, from cleaning to maintenance.

We began using Pacific Pools right after we had our pool put in, a little over 3 years ago. They were one of the recommended companies by Claffey Pools. We have been very pleased with their service from the beginning. Our most recent tech, Jeanette, has been servicing our pool for a year or so now, and has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help explain little things and make suggestions. My wife and I highly recommend both Pacific Pools and Jeanette in particular.
