I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment because how calm and cozy it feels to live here. The pool is definitely a plus and a great place to raise my son.
the community is... (Verified Renter) the community is infested with cockroaches. we had to deal with this throughout our year. fumigation happened multiple times, however, it did not help for a very long time as they were coming from other apartments as well
There was never... (Verified Renter) There was never any parking at night. They let homeless people sleep all over the place. The washer and dryer never worked.
The manager (stephanie)is... (Verified Renter) The manager (stephanie)is really nice, always helping the residents. I have no complains about her. But you guys should hire a new custodian, the apartments are always dirty, dog poop everywhere.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend that the homeless that pillage in our trash disposal containers should stop.There are too many of them coming on our private property and going through the trees to the 5 freeway to stash their recyclables.

Pricing was pretty... (Verified Renter) Pricing was pretty good for the size of the apartments. And maintenance request were answered promptly which was a plus for me.
