I'm a new tenant but I have visited the Pacific Pines Apartments cause my Brother has being living here for more that 16 years and I have seeing the amazing change of the new administration and the buildings and it makes me feel safe and welcome , The maintenance is fast and secure, this is a friendly place , clean, secure, and with an amazing administration .
Definitely improvement with this new management
I visited Pacific Pines apartment complex for information and to take a tour. The prices are very reasonable. While on on the tour I noticed it was very clean. The people in the leasing office were very friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had about the apartments. I am considering applying here once my lease ends at my current place.
To whom it may concern . I have lived in this apartment over 4 and I seen a big change since the new manager came but the only thing I can’t barbecue I love out side barbecuing other then that every thing is good I really like Andrea she don’t mind telling people to get out of the pool if they don’t live here. If she’s in the office and you call are text and if someone or somebody doing wrong she’s coming or she sends Jesus or the other ground keepers they don’t mind getting out of here. The new manager Andrea on site it's very polite and make really good changes on the property I Been long time here and even the maintenance personal are cool my work orders now are resolve faster and pool and gates works now really good keep the good work goin on
