Run and run fast! We lived here for 3 years. It was hell. There was at least 1 shooting a year. People knocking on our window in the middle of the night and traumatized my kids. The gates never worked. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The ac didn’t work and the people would just say suck it up. There was a roach infestation for a while. And multiple vehicles were stolen from this place, including mine. Not to mention people doing drugs deals in the middle of the day in the parking lot while my kids tried to play
I moved in July and I can honestly say I highly recommend this apartment to all my friends and family very professional, sweet , caring staff they have done very well with communication and love working with them ! Whenever I do my maintenance on the app there very quick and helpful whenever I had any issues thank you so much for your service and support !
I have been living at Pacific Pines for over 2 years now. I really love living here because it is very nice . I love that this place is pet friendly and all the dogs are always on leashes. I would recommend more grass to be added in the dirt areas. Me and my dog love this place and walking.
