I’ve been renting with them for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. They always respond to questions and inquiry’s quickly and take care of things in a timely manner. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled smoothly and quick , and the staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend them!
I have rented two different times from them and each time has been good. Transparent, informative and helpful, always provided helpful information when asked. Very pleasant and smooth process when I moved out, I was provided a pre move out cleaning checklist and received my security deposit returned within the timeframe needed. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommend.

Homeless thanks them. I do not recommend getting on a lease with a man with this company. When I was on vacation in Europe they allowed my ex to move out all my stuff and give up the lease without even trying to contact me. I came home to no home. I don’t understand how legally they are allowed to do this when I was on the lease. Very messed up that this company made me homeless. They do not help those in need only work with close net people and will not rent to just anyone. Pretty sad
