I have had a truly fantastic experience working with Pacific Partners Property Management and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of Ashley and Eric. My unit is on the third floor of the building that houses the rooftop restaurant. The building is secure, with public access limited to the restaurant during business hours. Easy to work with and easy to reach when issues came up and needed fixing.
I used to live in an apartment through this company. It was a decent enough experience, not great not poor but I did want to comment that the owner was quite rude to me for putting up curtains (which to my understanding, was allowed) and sent a personal text to me to make me take them down while other apartments in the same complex had curtains up and they did not have remove them. Do not and I mean do not trust this company. Me and my friends we're looking for a place we found the perfect place that fit all of our needs fairly cheap as well it took them almost a month to get to us we had three different showings and at every showing they told us something new that we were going to get an answer within the next 24 to 48 hours they told us this three times and every single time no answers were given we have given this company a month of our time when we could have been looking for other places because t... read more
