Stayed there with mum a couple times over the past two weeks and love how big the rooms are! All the workers were super respectful and professional making our stay lovely �

The best place to spend your holidays in LA
Awful and Horrible front desk customer service. I asked for the supervisor and she was the supervisor ( Rachel) and no else that could help. They were stiff and not accommodating. If you’re planning for a retreat you’ll be treated like crap. They cater to large parties like wedding and events. Horrible experience and stay away from this place.

I had a very good experience! The price was perfect for a nice getaway for my family. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The room was large and had an amazing view!!!! My only complaint would have to be that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and a small part of the carpet was wet when we came into the room. It was very clean though and it wasn’t in a traveled area so we didn’t make a big deal about it. Thanks to everyone there for a beautiful experience!!!!
