bottle service was bs i was charged$600 total by bottle manger then at midnite they said he was not authorized to charge that after i paid in being and it was mins before midnight , they said i owed $100 more ? i said i paid already and they threaten me and pay or else they were wrong for this because thus wasnt my fault but the person whom sold me the bottles, i was ripped off , never again will i order the service they rip u off, i was also a hotel GUEST im not happy with this i just might also put up on trip advisor were ... read more
The staff at the front desk were quick and professional. I got in to do an early check in and was in my room within 5 minutes. We threw a New Years is arty there and all the staff accommodated when we needed ladders, extension cords, tables, etc. We love the Palms not only for the beauty but because of their staff.
Very clean people friendly enjoyed our time here — in City of Industry, California.
