A beautiful view of Los Angeles City. Great customer service and very elegant in style.
It's a nice venue, we used to have Sale Rallies at the resort and had good times which was 10 yrs ago. The last visit was for a wedding last weekend which had a awesome view of the city. The hotel still looks in great shape.
Service is horrible - don't go here if you like a quiet place. Same loud hard rock music is playing everyday from 07:00 to 23:00 in the otherwise nice garden. While having breakfast on a nice terrace you'll have to endure poisoning smoke and very loud noise from the leaf blowing machine... if you have any requests the staff will apologise but do NOTHING to sort it out. Have been here for over two weeks for business and hope to never have to return. They'll serve you fake butter here too.

I am not one to leave reviews so here goes. The staff is great and helpful. Now for the not so good the room they gave me. When I walked into my room it was incredibly hot about 85 degrees, only 1 light by the door would turn on, the rest of the room was completely dark so I stumble around find the first lamp it doesn't work, stumble to the second lamp it doesn't work luckily the 3rd lamp did work.
