It was absolutely wonderful to stay at a first class Resort like the Pacific Palms Resort.

Lovely hotel, however there was no working WIFI service in the lobby or in the conference rooms.

The hotel is okay but definitely overrated. The rooms need to be revamped and quite frankly deep cleaned. I had a blue chair in my room that was pretty gross so I ended up sitting on the bed. There's little to do at this resort. Lots of dead empty space yet no coffee shop. Overall, if they are going to keep the current condition of the hotel, they need to lower their prices. This is not a $200 a night hotel it's more like a $95 to $110 a night hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good break... read more
