At least one of the apartment units, and I heard of there likely being more while living there, at Pacific Palms has an ongoing roach infestation that they refused to do proper pest control and maintenance for. The dishwasher was leaky for years and created mold and rotting wood- the first maintenance guy they sent out for it told my old roommate it was "supposed to do that". When it was finally replaced with a new dishwasher there was still mold and rotting wood left behind.
