Our realtor said he is her preferred inspector and now we know why. Tom is very personable, communicates well and is very thorough. He verbally presented his summary to us at the end of the inspection as well as in a followup written report. He is high level and also a very nice guy. BTW....his very cool business card was self designed.

Tom arrived early to the home we were buying in Portland. The home is over 75 years old and he was very detailed about all aspects of the home. The report was terrific and had color pictures to point out each issue. It was easy to understand also. Pacific NW Home Inspections had Tom come out to inspect the home we were purchasing. He was on time to the appointment, spent almost 4 hours going through each area of the home and explaining in detail any issues he found. Finally, he presented us with a full color w/pictures report with simple to read explanations and issues. We were very happy with the service and will use Tom again for our daughters home next month. Excellent!
