I applied for my first car loan ever because of their incredible rates. Raul in Hood River was quick and professional, I was in my new car within 48 hours!
Worst place ever. Went in for a debit card. Filled out paperwork, gave them my DR License and Social Security #. Was told in 7-10 days I would have a debit card. Deposited $500 in the account. 2 weeks later come to find out they haven’t ORDERED MY DEBIT CARD... They apparently can’t expedite it, nor overnight it. I told them to send it to my physical address... but they need me to sign for it. My mailbox is 1/2 a mile from me. The mail carrier doesn’t come here... they send it back to my P.O. box... where apparently the bank... read more
Kerrin at the Erin Way Branch always greets me with a smile and my first name, even when I haven't been in recently. Envious of her memory, and sincerely appreciate the friendly greeting. Always brightens my day.
I've been a member for 46 years. I do all my banking, loans and mortgage with this great credit union. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Great work PNWFCU!!
My father-in-law law has been a customer of PNWCU for over 40 years. PNW's "financial advisor" convinced him, at age 88, to cash in his CD's and buy an annuity in his wife's name that has huge surrender fees. When I called PNW'S President Tom Griffiths to complain, he basically blew off my concerns about what they did. Not what I would expect from a member owned credit union, but they clearly put the commissions they can make on selling these "investments" above looking out for their long time customers.
