Amazing so far
The Hood River branch is the best credit union in town when it comes to VIP customer service with experienced fast bank tellers that truly care about their members.
Everyone at the Hood River branch from teller to loan officer are friendly and helpful. My whole family has their accounts there, easy to transfer money from our accounts to our kids accounts thru the app.
Thank you Raul from the Hood River branch for helping me with my car loan. After having my car totaled by a drunk driver, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a car loan to purchase a new vehicle. Raul made the process quick and stress free. I live in Vancouver, Washington and although we have a branch in our area, I chose to go to Hood River with Raul because he takes the time to understand customers needs and is always willing to help. Thank you again Raul!
I have been a Member at this Credit Union since 1994. They bend over backwards for its Members. They handle Personal, & Home & Autos, RV’s, Loans, you get it. They expedite the loan, nothing drug out, keeping US hanging...They answer phone calls with a Smile on their face, you just can hear it, they are so eager to help with everything. I have had my account for a couple years now, and I have to say I would never go anywhere else. Everyone at the Hood River branch is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this credit union to anybody. I like how easy and accessible I can see all my accounts through their app.
