Pacific Northwest Civil Sealcoating did an excellent job, re-sealing our main office parking lot. The crew was super punctual and locally based crew was able to perfectly prep the current paved area. The two layers of sealcoat were neatly / accurately applied. Our concrete parking bumpers were never painted prior and the safety yellow really stands out! The designated handicap parking is very visible and and finally up to code. We are very pleased!
Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their work and have no warranty. After just 3 months, cracks occurred and weeds started growing through the asphalt! Their solution…spray weed killer on it! They wanted me to pay them to come out and correct their shoddy work! Unbelievable but true. BUYER BEWARE!!
So many details to add in this oh so positive review! We are very impressed with this local company From coming out to quote the job, to its completion today, this crew is exceptional. They work together seamlessly and completed our driveway so quickly and cleanly. Great work ethic, friendly, respectful and patient with our animals. Amazing. I highly recommend this company for any paving needs you may have. I’m already planning to schedule them for our other driveway!
I can not say enough good things about how fabulous my experience with Pacific Northwest Sealcoating has been. I have a horrible steep driveway that has been a source of anxiety for me because it was covered in gravel that kept pulling into piles and making my tires spin. M name is Corey , I am staying across the street at the coal bank village with elderly and homeless. I called and inquired about some gravel off there overflow pile for the puddles we have. Needless to say they aren't charitable. A little disappointed in are neighbors
