I was injured at work and had a serious traumatic brain injury. I was in the hospital for 2 months and had lost my memory. I was referred to Dr. Alexis Olson by my neurologist and i didnt know that this doctor is very unprofessional. I got referred to Pacific Neurobehavioral Clinic awhile back through the military. I got scheduled for an initial consult in-person and was scheduled for two sessions. After the two sessions I had with a provider, she notified me that she was leaving and that I would be switched to another provider. I had two sessions with that provider and the two after that were canceled on me. Kinda disappointed… It’s often that I don’t get reminders for my appointments. And then I was scheduled with a therapist for an appointment and then they referred me to another therapist because she said she couldn’t help me. Today I had an appointment scheduled online and the therapist cancelled on me because she said I can’t have my appointment while being in the car. I didn’t really know about this policy.
