I went there today for the first time and i won't be going back. Kim was rude texting and on her phone the whole time. The owner was sitting by her and the rest of the that Kim wasn't I the phone they were sitting there gossiping. Terrible!!

I use to love this place. I quit going for a while and I came back since I lived closer and I had a gift certificate. Will definitely be going out of my way to go to my nail guy. I was very displeased. They acted like a cheated on them by going elsewhere. The girl ripped my old Set of nails off even though I kept saying it hurt and broke one of my real nails. Ended up not doing another set and just having her do a basic manicure to clean them up. The other girl did do a good job on my pedicure though. But won't be going back... read more
My nail tech was very friendly and sweet but my moms wasn't and my heart looks like it has Devils horns...might need a little work on the art side but great massage! I might try them again. I asked for xoxo I got oxox.

I was there on Thursday 1/8/15 and had my nails done. The total was $30.00. I left a cash tip for the technician and paid the $30.00 with my debit card. I told the man at the desk I had left the tech a cash tip. I filled in zero on the receipt for a tip and expected only to be charged $30.00 for my nails. My bank account has been charged $34.00. I've been coming here for awhile now; the last 2 experiences have been not so great! Thought I'd give it one more shot! Manicure and Pedicure in 30 minutes... obviously the nail tech just wanted to be done. So taking recommendations on new and better places!

Just moved to amarillo, and went to a nail salon prior to this one and the first time they were awesome but the second time I felt like they were rushing my nails, anyways I came to pacific nails and I loved the entrance and their individual workspaces. I had a new guy (Brandon) and he did exactly what I asked and went above and beyond my expectations, he was awesome ! Thank you so much ! & look forward to seeing you all upon my move.
They did a wonderful job for my wife!
