Went in for a mani didn't even get one AFTER I told the girl I wanted one, she cut my cuticles dry didn't even soak my hands or any lotion was put on throughout the whole service, left with hands/cuticles looking dry and didn't even file or shaped my nails before putting on the dip...horrible experience ever.
You guys are unprofessional. And rude. Will not come back again
I've been to many salons around town and will definitely make this one my home! The customer service is exceptional and the quality of work just as good!!! I've never been disappointed when leaving. It's nice to walk into a salon full of laughter and walk out feeling beautiful!!! Thanks Kevin for being the absolute best that Amarillo has to offer!!
I went in to get my nails done I was sat immediately, however no one came to start my nails for over 30 minutes. While I was waiting I asked to see the gel polish colors and was ignored by 2 employees, at this point I was already frustrated. Then, I was told I could not get acrylic nails with polish but was being pressured to do dipped nails which I did not want.
