RecommendedThey were fantastic! I have never been to a nicer shop in the 54 years that I have been riding. Not only a great looking shop but everyone I talked to was really nice. And Dustin in Service was GREAT!!! I can't tell you how he saved the day for me. I was just riding through & broke my clutch cable on my 1980 GL1100. They didn't have a cable in stock & I didn't really think they would but Dustin got me back on the rode in 20 min. I'm so glad they have a big shop with a lot of options. TNX again for all your help.

Worst customer service ever after they get your money. Really nice when they want you to buy something but completely opposite when you have a problem. Factory damage doesn't exist, only customer caused.
Good service last time I was in for a recall on my wing. So, so, much better than I've ever experience before at this business. I like it and will give them as much business as I can. Not much business from though because my Goldwing's so reliable and easy to maintain on my own.
