Wish I could have given more stars! I was a dealership only guy forever. Had an issue there and had heard about Pacific Motor Works so gave them a try. Quick, reasonable, beyond knowledgeable and professional. We're lucky to have this guy in the Valley! I have a 230K Tacoma and he went over all my concerns in detail.
Robert takes care of all of our vehicles because he is fair and honest. If you are at the shop, he is focused on your needs. You’ll notice he doesn’t have a surplus of vehicles waiting for service. He gets it done quick and clearly explains pricing. He is not rude. He is matter of fact. I appreciate that about him.
I can understand if there is a lot of stress with this type of job, but Robert was quite rude and disrespectful when I was asking a simple question about a car I was thinking about bringing in. Quite sad especially since I’ve heard great things.
