I came here after experiencing sudden and debilitating OCD. My initial appointment was with psychiatrist Simran Idnani. I had no idea what was happening to my brain and spent the hour bawling my eyes out to her. Simran was so kind and compassionate with me the entire time, providing several treatment options and resources I could choose from. I've noticed that most of the one-star reviews seem to be related to intake and onboarding. Unfortunately, I can confirm that. I spent about two hours filling out their initial contact and intake forms only to learn that their next available intake appointment was two weeks away. They don't seem to value the time of prospective patients enough to be transparent about their availability.
Esther is incredibly kind, warm, patient, and supportive. Great "bedside manner" which is essential when dealing with mental health providers. Can't recommend her enough.
My experience with Esther Lee has been phenomenal. I have been seeing Esther for almost 2 years now.I usually avoid medical providers as they make me feel stupid and like I’m waisting their time but I have never had someone as supportive and patient as Esther. Esther Lee is AMAZING! So down to earth, attentive, and wants to really help you with whatever you have going on. She’s always all ears for any questions or concerns, which is so vital in a caregiver. I look forward to seeing her once a month. She’s also extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident that she’s steering me in the right direction with information and recommendations.
