Very pleasant, one-off, non-chain hotel if you're fed up of identikit branded accommodation. Great location for the beach and Main Street. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi in open air atrium. Free coffee and water in reception area. Complimentary transport in local area. Lots of local information in room. Room was large and well appointed and had recently been refurbished to a modern standard. The Pacific Inn is a stylish boutique hotel that is all about providing stellar guest service in a relaxed, professional manner. Great location (within walking distance to downtown and the beach), clean, quiet, safe and very pet-friendly! Great experience – excellent hospitality!

Great customer service from the desk and hotel crew! Room was very clean! And highly impressed with the sand clean up during our room service! Towels are super soft and the toiletries are a fantastic touch! Beds put us right to sleep after our long days on the beach. We. Will. Be. Back!!

The hotel offered exactly what we were looking for which was a park and stay with a pool and shuttle service to and from the port of LA. The staff was beyond friendly. I was able to pay cash, and do a refundable deposit on my CC after our check out. Our two shuttle drivers (drop off and pick up to and from the Port of LA) were amazing, personable, friendly, full of conversation, helping load and unload luggage. We felt our vehicle was safe. The hotel & pool set up is very nice. The breskfast was large and filling. Thank you!
