From the scheduling to the crew providing the services to the final inquiry of satisfaction which completed the job, Pacific Homeworks cared about me and my time. As a customer not only was I satisfied I was extremely impressed and now my roof looks beautiful and is worry free for the next 40 years.
The professionalism and expertise exhibited by all concerned was above and beyond any we have seen. Mr. Bugiel presented us with many different samples and suggestions and at no time did he apply pressure to make a sale.
We just had the exterior of our home painted with Tex-Cote by Pacific Homeworks & want to say how happy we are with your company! Kyle did our estimate & explained the Tex-Cote product. He was extremely knowlegable & professional & answered all our questions. Christian was our project manager & was available at any time by cell phone. I worked with Pacific Homeworks on a job recently to remodel my uncle's home in Mira Mesa recently. Everything turned out as we had envisioned and service was excellent from the first time I met with Mike. It was huge undertaking, but they nailed it perfectly. If we ever had questions/concerns, they were just a phone call or email away. Communication is always key in any business relationship and they always were able to maintain it fairly well. I have only good things to say about Pacific Homeworks. One of the sales people recently stopped by and gave me a presentation on some of their products. I was quite impressed with the products they offered and especially found the Cool Wall Product to be very interesting. he sales person was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. All the people here are very courteous, respectful and professional. They all did their job in a well behaved manner.
The crews arrived on time, were very pleasant and introduced themselves. Went right to work, got rid of security bars. i was amazed at how fast and well they worked. Cleaned up after themselves and as they worked. When it was complete Craig walked me through how it worked. And they were just so pleasant!! Also after my surgery I can't climb very well so they installed the blinds once they were done. I am thoroughly satisfied with work!! My favorite part was the feel that they didn't waste any time at all!
