I was pleasantly pleased with both crews. The men worked so hard and so well as a team. When I became concerned about a potential problem, Richard the team supervisor, produced photos of my roof "in progress" and a reasurring explanation. My concern was unfounded but was treated with respect.
We had pacific Homeworks stucco our home. They did such a great job that we had them stucco our second home (next door) and put in new windows. Frank and his crew did an excellent job on the stucco work of both homes. Their work was very professional. The crew was polite and courteous. Yuor company installed our patio cover, and we are very satisfied! It is a good-sized design, with a "sky light" strip running fown the middle. The patio cover has stopped the chronic leaking experienced with my previous patio cover. It also looks attractive and provides goodlight. Dolan was a top notch project manager, the work was done quickly and efficiently, He kept me posted on status throughuot the project, and the clean up was done well. The windows are wonderful and have been a great asset to our comfort. Also, I can see their worth each month when I get the SDG&E bill. Even though they have been in a few years now, they are as beautiful as the day they were installed. Thank you.

PHW stands behind what they sell. In 2003 I had a customer who I sold a product to for the exterior of his house called Tex-Cote. It was installed in 1 week, and he was very satisfied. Jump forward to 2010- He was contacted by PHW to ask about doing other home improvements, he agreed to meet regarding his kitchen. Upon my arrival I asked him how Tex-Cote was holding up. I'm really glad I decided to work with Pacific Homeworks. Everything they promised regarding the roof has been done and I appreciate it soooo much. The crew worked neatly and didn't leave any debris on the ground. They left all their supplies organized on the roof for the evening when they went home so they could finish the job quickly the next day. I can definitely say I'm happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone wanting a good quality roof replaced by an ethical and professional team. Thanks guys!!!
