Poor Customer Service over phone This company just called me wanting to know if I was ready for an estimate. They said they contacted me last year and that I told them I was not ready at that time. I proceeded to tell this person very nicely that we can afford any home improvements and that we do all our work ourselves. He insisted on coming out for an estimate that would be good for a year.
