I had a very good experience with Pacific Home Works. While I did think their pricing was high,I got them to lower their price to where I was comfortable paying. There are three men that I had the pleasure to meet Mike,Joey and Johnny Cruz. Mike and Joey were the men I first talked with. They did the initial measuring and gave me the price. Recently doing business with Pacific Homeworks, and have had professional service, from Johnny Cruz, who has came out and check on the process of crews, doing our roof. He has responded to our phone calls, listen to issues we had with permits, gave me information to who was handling them! Also did a clean up job on my house that wasn't his responsibility!
I am not sure about the veracity of the reviews on Yelp for this company. I had the best experience from the initial sales call to the installation of my new roof.
