Wonderful Experience – I have rented from KPM from almost three years now. It has been a wonderful experience. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are nice. Maintenance comes out in a timely fashion to fix any problems I have. This is my third apartment through Kelley Property Management and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
Polite and hard working – Pacific Homeworks recently installing a new roof on our house. The roof looks great. The installation was prompt, took place as scheduled. All workers were polite and worked very hard. I was very impressed with the final clean up. Overall a very good experience.
BE WARNED – These guys came to our house on 05/10/10 and gave a very convincing sales pitch. We were sold. We did not pick out a color and were told they would call us the Next Day. They NEVER called(first bad sign) so I tried calling them and left a message. They NEVER returned call and still haven't called. They started working on our stucco on Fri 05/14/10 and was told they would work Fri, Sat and resume Mon.
