I don’t usually write reviews but i wanted to share my experience in hopes to ease stress from someone like me! My first appointment I was quite nervous, I saw Dr McKinstry and she was extremely professional and explained everything that was going on in such simple terms, asking lots of questions and reassuring me the whole time asking if there was any questions I might have. Dr Griffiths is a wonderful doctor, as I don't have a family doctor. He did not let me go, even though my ferritin and hemoglobin are still borderline; instead, he monitored my blood every month. And I'm really thankful he did because my iron went down drastically. Thank you so much Dr Griffiths. You're one of a kind.
I absolutely adore Dr Szeto at this clinic, where I'm a long time patient. He is super thorough and always follows up even when I don't have an appointment. The front end ladies are helpful and pleasant, and they return phonecalls which is more than I can say for other MOA's!! 5 stars ♥️
Dr Lee has been wonderful helping me navigate my bleeding disorder. She is knowledgeable and compassionate She is easy to communicate with and the front office staff are excellent as well. Thank you Pacific hematology
Ashley Guenther was extremely rude and did not follow proper protocol with dealing with customers was extremely uptight and rude.
