Corey was very patient and kind for every single treatment. I didn’t get much good attitude from the front desk people besides one of the new workers. I appreciated Corey the most! He seemed to really make the effort out of everyone there. The treatment was actually very efficient for me, it wasn’t too bad! I’m glad my results improved.
Very unprofessional made me wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. Didn’t send my prescription to my pharmacy on time. The women in the front office have horrible attitudes no manners at all. Maybe should have some type of education to work in this facility.
Very nice and professional staff and providers. Especially Corey was awesome from the beginning very helpful. Thankfully he got me in and ready for my TMS treatment quickly. I am very thankful to have had the chance to get my TMS treatments with them.
My experience with the providers and staff here was absolutely amazing. Corey is who I spoke to for my TMS treatments and he was so kind, gently answered all of my questions, and got me in right away. Jeffrey was my psychiatrist who I saw on the first day and he was willing to work with me in everything, heard my concerns, and ordered what medications necessary. Jenna and Riley were the sweetest. Big plus for always having candy on our way out and running on time. Thank you to everyone here.
