Tony worked very hard on my 110-year-old, thoroughly distressed floors for a very reasonable price. The finished result was beautiful. However, within 6 months of completion, the filler used between boards is crumbling and gaps have appeared. With floors as old as mine, gapping is inevitable, but I would have preferred that the effect on the finish be explained to me from the start.
