Depending on what day you go you might be in line for 15 min to 1 hr. This place gets packed reason being is because they only have 1 csr working taking payments while training other employees. It is what it is but be prepared to wait for a bit to get service. If you are impatient like me go to Walmart they process PG&E payments
Besides waiting for a while, which si understand and didn’t mind the wait. The menu options don’t work. When finally the waiting time was over the representative apparently was not able to hear me. So now, I have to call again and wait in line again. This keeps repeating, makes me wonder if customer service department cares at all.
