I just moved here not to long ago and the landlord been very helpful with me very kind and reasonable, quite place which I love and the people here are kind and very helpful.
Cool place to live for my first time living alone. The New property manager makes me want to break my lease for the first time in 3.5 years. We lived here for almost 10 years starting in late 2011. Good points: - When we first started living here, the rent was very reasonable and the first couple increases were low. However, annual increases starting in 2013 were $100-150/month. If you can get a good initial rate this could be fine, just know that increases will likely be high. - The location is good for easy freeway access. - Emergency maintenance requests were handled quickly (but see note about bad points below).
