I planned surprise birthday flowers for my wife, set to be delivered to our hotel. We were coming from out of town which added a layer of complexity. Devan with Pacific Floral was incredibly fast and responsive to make sure all of the details were ironed out. My wife loved the flowers, the arrangement was beautiful!!

Received the most exquisite arrangement of flowers from this shop! He was kind enough to put me on the schedule as the last delivery on a Saturday, about 35 miles out of town. My sister ordered flowers from another company for my birthday and they sent an evening email on the supposed delivery day canceling the order. I live across the country so the timezones can be tricky. They live up to their promise of ordering before 1 PM and it will be delivered the same day. I ordered around 12:55 PM (their time) and the flowers still made it to the person. She loved them. It was a great mixture of flowers. Very colorful. Will definitely order again in a few weeks.
