And, they put up with me lovingly throughout the it all. A shout out to my sales agent, Tony Boukes, who was awesome also. Victoria took me on when another broker balked at my complicated earnings history. Because of her guidance I was able to secure a loan and close on a house in the mountains so efficiently that even my realtor said "Can I have her number? I've never seen a broker do that." As a first time home buyer trying to get in on a red hot market - I was the underdog and yet, thanks to Victoria, I came out on top. Literally sitting by my fire in my new mountain home as I write this.

I have worked with Victoria Kellogg at least 5 times over the last 10 years and as far as I am concerned I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I trust her completely and that means a great deal especially considering how important this whole process can be. She has a 'take charge' way about her and helps me feel like everything is going to be all right even when the process gets a bit intense at times.

Victoria was truly amazing in helping my husband and I through closing on our first home. She also referred us to our amazing real estate agent. She explained each step to us along the way and made a stressful process feel easy and confusion-free. We could not recommend her enough to any first-time home buyer or anyone looking to finance a home purchase. We will be referring her to all friends and family needing a broker.
