I came in earlier this month to purchase a Subaru BRZ. I wandered into the store on a Thursday (when they have customer appreciation night) and thought they would be too busy to accommodate me. Boy was I wrong. Daniel Smith helped me out within about 3 minutes of looking around. He reviewed all of the different options available on the car and we test drove the BRZ a few times. Set aside your preconceptions of car dealers. From the moment that I walked on the lot at Subaru Pacific and was greeted by Mike Barley, I was treated with respect, listened to and never was (not even a bit) pressured about any aspect of my eventual purchase. Within my decision period my wife had some health issues. I told Mike of this and he was very understanding that I needed to back away from the deal for a bit.
