This guy always is top tier when it comes to support including organization and follow up. He always seems to be there first thing in the morning and working just as hard when I pick my car up at the end of the day. I’d say this guy needs to run the entire service department if only it meant he could still be so client facing!
I leased a 2018 subaru STI limited edition. The experience I had with Jim was very easy going. Jim was polite and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and the whole process went smoothly. We are very pleased with the service we received from Pacific Subaru. Shauna Porter was exceptionally patient and helpful. She spent most of the day demonstrating the various options and advantages of the vehicles we were interested in. When we arrived at the dealership late morning we were equivocal about even buying a vehicle. The whole process and Shauna's attitude made a decision quite easy and we left that afternoon very pleased with our purchase.
