I purchased a BRZ at this dealership. Top to bottom, it was an excellent experience. Jeff Sollee was my sales guy and he was amazing. His friendliness and no pressure attitude made making my purchase decisions easier to make. His product knowledge was also commendable, as not all sales people actually know their product. I bought my Outback at Subaru Pacific and have been taking car in for all the maintenance. I have used Tony Cervantes as my service technician, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable, I am very pleased. Will continue use Subaru for my maintenance.
My husband and I highly recommend Pacific Subaru in Hawthorne, CA. My husband did the research and decided on an Outback. Negotiated price with Yulissa R and Steve M (internet managers) to buy the Impreza, the basic model. Shauna P (sales) gave me a the test drive, answered my questions about the car during the test drive, and handled the prep of my sales paperwork. Steve C (finances) closed out the paperwork. I had a few issues with my Subaru Outback that Joanne Martinez went above and beyond her job description to resolve for me. During the process Joanne phoned me several times to let me know that status of my situation. It was all resolved (would not have happened without Joanne's persistence) to my satisfaction. Kudos to Joanne Martinez for a job well done.
Brought my 2012 Impreza for an oil consumption test after having a horrible service experience with my local Subaru dealership (Sierra in Monrovia. After reading great reviews for Pacific I decide to make the long trek and have them assist me. Sheri has been a dream to work with and provided above and beyond service. I just finished my purchased of a Suburu Impreza Sport with Pacific Suburu and Neal Ryke. Great experience. I do not have too many warm experiences in the past with car dealers but this WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Neal was very knowledgeable about the car and what it offers. Requested a quote on a Forester that I saw was in their inventory online late on Friday night. I was surprised to find a reply and a really good quote by Saturday morning.
