Pacific Diesel does a fantastic job of taking care of their customers. Dan and Evan go above and beyond to ensure vehicle repairs are done in a timely manner and their services are very reasonably priced. Most importantly, Pacific Diesel employees are honest and don't recommend repairs or maintenance which would result in unnecessary monies spent. I take my truck to them all the time. They told me about filters that needed to be changed that NO ONE ever told me about. Not even the dealers. All of the guys that work and run the shop are very knowledgeable. Would not go any where else.
I have had them service and repair my truck for over a year now. Their prices are fair and have never had any problems with the quality of work or parts.
I'm not local to the area, but had trouble with my diesel F250 as i was passing through so i hit the internet looking for a decent diesel shop. Pacific was not the first shop i went to, but they were the LAST! Others were okay, but did not really impress me. Pacific Diesel nailed it, answering all my questions very thoroughly, taking time, and being friendly but professional and practical.
