Great experience with these guys. I know my 1994 6.5l is a unique beast as compared to most but these guys where able to properly diagnose it and fix the issue it was having with ease. Costs are reasonable and the customer service is great! Give them a shot. If you have a 6.5l do not go anywhere else in the area. The other guys are charging you to learn how to fix your car where as pacific diesel knows what they are doing.
Pacific Diesel was great. Took our Excursion in for 2nd opinion after 1st shop gave us a huge quote. 1st shop wanted to charge us for parts that were not even part of the issue. We will continue to use Pacific Diesel. Thank You.
Everyone here is so nice and know what there doing and they are priced decent for what you want. Will definitely be coming back here for anything we need done.
My neighbor referred me to Pacific Diesel after I decided I needed a second opinion on some dubious repairs. Dan treated me great. He retested all the repairs the other shop suggested and found that only one was actually needed. He made the repair for $200 less than the other shop quoted me and sent me on my way. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly at Pacific Diesel and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of diesel automobile repair. Thanks, Dan.
