Disappointed. I went to see Dr. Hank for a cyst. He came into the examination room with an internal and looked at the cyst and said that needed to go see a surgeon due to the location which he did provide me a referral. My disappointment came from the overall examination. He did not even examine the cyst itself. He did not even touch it. I spent more time filling out my paperwork in the front than being examined. Then I receive a bill for an exam that lasted literally 5 minutes.

I've been going to Dr. Hank Fung for dermatologic care for 17 years because he and his staff are some of the most caring and professional people I've ever known. Dr. Fung has helped me stave off potentially harmful moles and has skilfully helped to keep my skin healthy and vibrant for nearly 2 decades. I am grateful to Dr. Fung and his staff for their consistent high quality care.
