My family has had mixed experiences at the Castle Hills Smiles location of Pacific Dental Services. My husband purchased a $2500 same day crown 6 months ago from Dr Bratcher. She did a terrible job: food was still packing underneath the crown and he had a terrible toothache. The crown had a warranty, but Dr Bratcher was no longer employed there. I was so grateful I was able to get seen the same day. A LITTLE HISTORY I broke one of my teeth and needed to get seen asap before too much pain set in. It took 4 hours to complete the job in between scheduled patients. Staff was friendly and help keep me calm. They also helped me finance the job since I do not have Dental insurance. I would recommend the West Palmdale office to anyone who needs a friendly and caring dentist and staff.
Some guy that works here keeps calling me words that are not allowed to be used on Facebook in Instagram DMs very disgusting I had never spoken to this man before in my life and he’s messaging me expletives for no reason! I wanted to warn women living in this area or potentially doing business with this bob guy that he is a cyberstalker bully. Don't waste your time.
Tried to book an appointment online. A week later I had to call to make an appointment apparently their online system doesn’t work. Don’t use it. Made an appointment for Saturday, they have one Saturday appointment per month. Showed up for my appointment before the scheduled time to find the office closed. I wasted a whole day and stressed over this appointment for nothing. This is a great way to treat a new client.
