After today’s impression I am highly disappointed. First, I scheduled an appointment then they call me saying to reschedule because the doctor will be out of town for two weeks. Then why book me in the first place? Then I get work done, and I was told to come back. One of two items were done. So, today I came back and they said oh it’s already been done at your last appointment both things. “They forgot to sign off on a paper stating the work was done at my last visit.” I was told by an employee. I called originally to ask if they accept medical and right away I was scheduled that same day! Took x-rays and got an exam. I was called about the following week and scheduled a deep cleaning. Got that done exceptionally with no pain, best staff I've ever had work on me as a whole unit! 3 days later I'm doing a root canal , that's today. I'm more than satisfied with everyone from the front desk, assistants, to the Dr.

I love this office! Everybody is friendly from the front to the back staff and doctors. My 5 year old was very happy and It was my 3 year olds first time and it was the best experience ever. I will always be grateful and keep bringing my whole family here, we felt very comfortable and will keep coming. We also go to there Anaheim location which is awesome too, we gave no complaints and been going there for over 5years already but this locat ion is the one closest to us now.
