About as professional an experience as one could hope for. I liked how the amount due for the scheduled services was clearly communciated ahead of time, and wish that more doctor's offices would observe this practice. Dr. Bold and his staff are an exceptional group with a wonderful facility. I particularly liked zoning out to a movie using the video glasses they provide. It was a welcome distraction from watching people stick things into my mouth.

Every since I was a child I have had dental problems and I still dread going to the dentist. But not when I go to Dr. Bold's office. The women at the front desk are pleasant and very welcoming. My appointment is always on time. Dr. Bold and Ken are very considerate as well as extremely pleasant. And they are gentle. The dental assistants are gentle. I never feel uncomfortable. And the completed work is exceptional.

As usual, I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile. And my app't was on time. My exam was gentle, but thorough. Thanks, everyone.

I found Ken (I hope that's his name) very comforting and positive! Dr. Bold was kind and understanding. The ladies in the front were upbeat and professional. All-in-all, it was a good experience and I think up to this point, I'll keep coming back for the care of my mouth.
