I placed an order just large enough to get free shipping and was charged shipping anyways. A quick call to the customer service line was immediately answered and by the time I hung up my phone a revised invoice was sent to my email and the credit card charges fixed. I get the parts and a plastic bit on the master cylinder was broken. Emailed a photo of the broken part and a new one was sent out and received in less than 2 days. Great customer service and speed. I will definitely order from Pacific Customs Unlimited again.
