There's so many better places to rent, so find one. Pacific Crest has several names, they never answer the phone & their office is operated with the highest turnover i've ever seen. I've lived here since 2022 and we've had 4 different apartment managers. There's roaches, rats and you never get hot water. There's garbage in front of the building constantly. picture attached.
I'm very happy with their services, Maintenance keep the building nice and clean. Love my unit, pet friendly :)

Company kept deposit for almost 3 months after our move out date and has added alleged pending charges that I have receipts for and refuses to acknowledge my reach out attempts. After months of waiting for the deposit or any communication at all… they finally send a crazy bill that not only takes the full security deposit amount but also adds on charges. Maintenance number they provided for emergencies is no longer in use. Unwelcomed strangers enter regularly. Cleaning service is done shoddily. To get results, sometimes you have to file a complaint with the city's housing department; Still slow but better than nothing. Has had some superficial renovations but feels like it's become a slumlord's complex Also it took them more than 6 month to fix an exposed ceiling problem we had. I would look into the other complexes not managed by this group.
