Dan and PCP staff were awesome. The tank went empty on my recently purchased home, and the existing company could not come for 3.5 weeks. I was left freezing without heat or hot water. Dan answered despite the fact that I called late at night, he was compassionate and professional, and worked with my difficult schedule having a team out to help first thing the next morning.
