Pacific Coast arrived exactly when they said they would. They evaluate the situation and quickly determined the course of action. When the kitchen drain was cleared I asked if they could remove the kitchen faucet which needed to be replaced. The lock nut which holds the faucet was “frozen” in place by rust. The faucet needed to be cut free and they did this while taking care not to damage the granite. They then removed all the old hoses and reattached the service line for the dishwasher. Emilio was able to come to my house the day I called. He researched the problem to make sure the water heater needed to be replaced rather than repaired. He completed the water heater installation within a few hours for $150 less than the quote I received from the Home Depot installation company.

I had a roof replaced on my home through another local contractor in 2009. It had a 20 year warranty on the roof with 2 years warranty on labor. I called the contractor out and he made the leak worse. I called him out twice and explained now it was leaking in several places. He told me the leaking was caused by the roof shifting more than an inch. He also said that there were not enough nails.
