Pacific Coast arrived exactly when they said they would. They evaluate the situation and quickly determined the course of action. When the kitchen drain was cleared I asked if they could remove the kitchen faucet which needed to be replaced. The lock nut which holds the faucet was “frozen” in place by rust. The faucet needed to be cut free and they did this while taking care not to damage the granite. They then removed all the old hoses and reattached the service line for the dishwasher. Emilio was able to come to my house the day I called. He researched the problem to make sure the water heater needed to be replaced rather than repaired. He completed the water heater installation within a few hours for $150 less than the quote I received from the Home Depot installation company.

I hired Pacific Coast to move a gas pipe in my ceiling that was in a very narrow space. Pacific responded quickly and got the project done. I could not be happier! Others gave me much higher quotes. They are my go-to plumbers going forward. I highly recommend them.
I've used Emilio several times. He is always on time, and doesnt try to do work that is unnecessary. I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past and will call Emilio before all others from now on.
