I had a mixed experience at this office. Dr. Tran herself was the only positive part of my care. I felt acknowledged and listened to during sessions. While she could come across as somewhat judgmental at times, I personally did not mind that because I felt heard and taken seriously. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic empathy. This Place is Amazing!!! Dr.Bryan and Dr Tiffany are amazing I’ve been with them since my first born in 2020 now my third baby is about to turn 1. They were very caring from the start you walk in and you are greeted by three of the most sweetest ladies!🫶I recommend this place 100% I’ve never had any problems or issues with any of the staff . I had such a bad experience here. The reception staff are all incredibly rude, and the customer service was terrible. I spent six months of my pregnancy so dissatisfied that I finally decided to leave after they charged me a co-payment every time I went to an appointment, even though my insurance covered it. I had a consultation with the doctor once where I asked him a question about my baby, and his response was, "I don't know, ask God." I was so shocked by that kind of response to a pregnant woman. I’m so grateful to Dr. Bryan and his staff. They don’t have an idea how big of a difference they made in my daily life. He spotted my anemia right away and gave me medication. Along with a surgical procedure to helped me end my heavy periods . They are always so happy, energetic and positive. I can’t thank them enough . Great location and beautiful new office. I have been a patient for more than twelve years and I can say they are the best.
