People were nice but my concern is with what happened after I purchased my brand new Moto Guzzi V9 bobber which I purchased for $9.5k. After several months of being too busy and putting no more than 300 miles on it, I decided I should sell it. I reached out to PCH and the owner offered me $3k which is a 70% depreciation. Quite possibly they 1) believe that the motorcycles they sell are horrible 2) are exploiting a situation to make a lot of money off a customer. This was a very surprising and disappointing situation.
RecommendedI recently had my 2017 Indian Chief Vintage repaired at PCH Powersports on Lincoln Boulevard, Marina del Rey. I was extremely impressed by the nice the technically knowledgeable people who work there. I contrast this with the totally lousy and non-customer oriented Indian Motorcycle of Orange County dealership… PCH Powersports are now a full-service Indian repair facility as well. Way to go, PCH Powersports!!
